It's Breakfast Throwback Time

Today I’m all about green smoothies, yogurt bowls, and gluten free waffles. I like low sugar, clean starts to my day. This wasn’t always the case though. Here’s a look back at the (let’s face it, awesome) breakfasts a lot of us grew up on. Who’s hungry?

Agenda Worthy Morning Routine

There’s a lot of chatter lately about the importance of creating a morning routine. I’ve heard many “picture perfect” morning routines… meditating in bed for 10 minutes, followed by hot lemon water, then some gentle stretching and yoga, maybe an hour of personal development reading… or some version of that. These all sound great, right? But, do they also (kind of) make you want to punch the person in the face who is telling you about their routines? No worries, I feel you.

Agenda Worthy Podcasts, Part Two

I am a self-proclaimed podcast junkie. For real. I think I say, “I heard this on a podcast” about sixteen times a day. That said, when I find new podcasts I love, I want to tell people. That said, I’ve created a quick “go-to” list of places I hit when I need food, a gift, shoes, or wardrobe refresh.

Agenda Worthy Reads

FUN READS. Now, even though I love to write and actually an English teacher... I'm not the best reader.  I just don't have the stamina to sit still long enough to really delve into a lot of books.  That said, when I do find a book that really resonates with me, I somehow find the staying power to finish it. Or at least get through the majority of it.  Here are some of my favorites:

Agenda Worthy Snacks

I try very hard to eat clean and follow a plant-based diet.  One way I do this is to keep an abundance of healthy snacks at my disposal - purse, gym bag, glove compartment, desk drawer, golf bag, etc. The point is to never get to that point where I feel like I'm going to either die of hunger, bite someone's head off, or take a deep dive into a bowl of M&M’s. (And I will do that, friends, I will.)  Here’s a snack and a beverage for you to consider.
