Agenda Worthy Snacks

I try very hard to eat clean and follow a plant-based diet.  One way I do this is to keep an abundance of healthy snacks at my disposal - purse, gym bag, glove compartment, desk drawer, golf bag, etc. The point is to never get to that point where I feel like I'm going to either die of hunger, bite someone's head off, or take a deep dive into a bowl of M&M’s. (And I will do that, friends, I will.)  Here’s a snack and a beverage for you to consider. 

LARA BARS-  There are many reasons why I love these bars. First, they are AWESOME. Second, they meet my dietary needs of gluten free, dairy free, and soy free.  (They're also Kosher, Vegan, and Non-GMO.) Third, no need to worry about reading an ingredient list, because the company prides itself on using SIX ingredients in their bars.  They are clean, healthy, and come in flavors that are so amazingly delicious (hello, chocolate chip cookie dough).  Other flavors include blueberry, cashew, apple pie, carrot cake, and peanut butter chocolate chip to name just a few.

KEVITA SPARKLING PROBIOTIC DRINK- Hello, I want to bathe in a tub full of Kevita. These drinks are just downright amazing. First, they are #refreshingashell.
